I’m Lior Sapir, the managing attorney of Sapir Law LLP. I focus on non-litigation legal work for individuals and small business owners, with an emphasis on practical guidance and clear next steps.
Why Sapir Law
I started Sapir Law to support small business owners with the legal aspects of building and running a business. I then expanded into real estate and estate planning to provide a more complete service center for clients—both for major life milestones and for helping families plan ahead.

Background
Before opening Sapir Law, I worked in investigative and compliance-focused roles involving detailed document review, structured analysis, and risk assessment. During law school, I gained experience through court and judicial work, legal research, and journal editing.
I earned my undergraduate degree from Boston University and my J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
